I’m curious what North American ‘birthday cake’ ice cream would be like.
British ‘birthday cake’ ice cream is
Vanilla cake batter ice cream with pink frosting, strawberry swirls and cake pieces.

Similar, except that chocolate is a popular birthday cake flavor, so the cake bits are as likely to be chocolate. It depends on the brand.

Tillamook <3
I just wish we got more of their berry flavors down here. I miss berries! The PNW had so much berry stuff. Blue Bell’s down here like, “uh, we have a strawberry flavor?”
I even had huckleberry ice cream at Tillamook’s home base in Oregon, and it’s among the best ice creams I’ve ever had. Huckleberries! Like, the best treat to find
when you’re hiking.

Tillamook is easily one of the best, if not the best dairy products. The ice cream is delectable, and the cheese is, um beyond words? Good enough that we have been on the cheese tour, but not the air museum in a blimp hangar. Twice!

YESSSS THE CHEESE TOUR. The cheese tour was worth being late getting in that night, haha.
